On behalf of the staff, governors and most importantly the children, I would like to warmly welcome you to our friendly and successful school that is at the heart of our local community in central Harrow.
Elmgrove is proud to be a designated four form primary school with a nursery. We celebrate being a school that cares and teaches children with a very wide range of abilities and backgrounds. In addition, we are privileged to be Harrow Council’s additionally resourced primary school for children with physical disabilities, who are fully integrated across the school.
Our large and diverse school, with different languages, cultures and religions working effectively together through a very wide range of exciting learning opportunities and experiences from our youngest to oldest children in an energetic, happy and caring atmosphere.
We are very fortunate to have extensive school grounds and a wealth of resources to support children and their families. Our recent new extension and internal building works as part of our four form expansion have dramatically improved our teaching spaces. The improvements include: eight new classrooms, enhanced outdoor sporting spaces, bespoke music teaching and instrumental tuition room, new kitchen, physio-therapy room for our physically disabled pupils, outdoor toilets and food technology room for cooking.
At Elmgrove, we inspire and nurture lifelong learners through effective teaching and learning whilst at the same time providing rich and truly enjoyable experiences for our children.
I am proud of our school and I hope you enjoy finding out more about Elmgrove by browsing our website. If you have any further questions or wish to visit our school, please do not hesitate to contact our friendly office staff.
