On behalf of the staff, governors and most importantly the children, I would like to warmly welcome you to our friendly and successful school that is at the heart of our local community in central Harrow.
Elmgrove currently has 745 children on roll and in September 2015 we will be permanently expanding to become a four form school and over the coming years, increase to approximately 900 children. We are additionally resourced for children with physical disabilities, who are fully integrated across the school and we are very proud of our high quality provision. Our large and diverse school, with different languages, cultures and religions works effectively together through a very wide range of exciting learning opportunities and experiences from our youngest to oldest children in an energetic, happy and caring atmosphere.
We celebrate the significance and individuality of each person and how they make our school an enjoyable and vibrant place. We do this through celebrating the talents and achievements of all children to enable them to develop into confident and courteous people who have a great thirst for learning as well as enjoying success.
At Elmgrove, children come first and our priority is to deliver high quality teaching and learning whilst at the same time providing rich and truly enjoyable experiences for our community of children.
I am proud of our school and I hope you enjoy finding out more about Elmgrove by browsing our website. If you have any further questions or wish to visit our school, please do not hesitate to contact our friendly office staff.
Due to building works, we will open later than expected. School will reopen to pupils in Year 1 to Year 6 on Monday 7th September. Home visits for Nursery and Reception will take place as arranged.
